Cancellation Policy
Ayupure Herbals is committed to supporting its customers and follows a flexible cancellation policy. Under this policy, cancellations are permitted only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our end for purchases made through our website. Once a shipment has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.In the event that we identify any fraudulent activity or any transaction that violates our website’s terms and conditions, Ayupure Herbals reserves the right to cancel such orders at its sole discretion, with or without prior notification.
Cancellation before shipment
If the order or the product that you want has not yet been shipped, you can write to our customer support on ayupureherbals@gmail.com or call us on 8218760074 (Monday to Sunday), 10 AM to 7 PM for cancelling your order.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 2 - 5 days, after the cancellation request is processed.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your order cannot be cancelled.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 2 – 5 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 2 – 5 business days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Ayupure Herbals coupons, which can be used by you for your future purchases.
What if I have used discount vouchers or redeemed my loyalty points (AyupureHerbals Cash) at the time of making payment and now I want to cancel the order?
Discount vouchers & loyalty points (AyupureHerbals Cash) are meant for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you have cancelled the order.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
How do I return an order purchased from Ayupure Herbals?
Ayupure Herbals provides a simple and customer-friendly return policy. You may raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order. If you receive a defective product, please initiate a return or exchange request within the same 5-day window. We also support partial returns, allowing you to request a return for one or multiple items from your order.A full refund will be issued if the package is opened and returned within 5 days of delivery.To raise a return or exchange request, please follow the steps below-

Step 2: Share your order ID along with your request for a return, replacement, or refund. Please include a clear image of the product showing the batch number, along with the invoice, for our reference.
Step 3: We will arrange a pickup within 4–7 business days of receiving your request. Once we receive the product(s) in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
Under what conditions will a return of a product not be accepted?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
If the product is returned without its original packaging, including price tags, outer packaging, freebies, and any included accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.If the product’s serial number has been tampered with.If the product’s composition has been altered in any way.If the return request is initiated after 30 business days from the date of delivery.If the item being returned is a free product provided by Ayupure Herbals.
How should I proceed if I have received a damaged or wrong product in my order?
We work with trusted logistics partners across India to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition. All shipments undergo thorough quality checks before leaving our warehouse. However, in the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, you may request a replacement or a return and refund.If you receive a damaged or incorrect product,
please follow the steps below to initiate a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your order:

Step 2: Share your order ID along with your request for a return, replacement, or refund.Please include clear images or a video of the product and the invoice. The product’s batch details must be clearly visible, otherwise we may be unable to process your request.Please note the following guidelines for submitting evidence:
(a) If the product is leaking or damaged, please provide clear images or videos showing the leakage/damage, including the product, inner packaging, and outer packaging.
(b) If the product seal appears tampered, share images clearly showing the tampered seal. (c) If you received a wrong product, provide clear images of the incorrect item along with visible batch details.
Step 3: We will arrange a pickup within 4–7 days of receiving your request. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the product is returned in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Once all details are provided, our Customer Support team will respond within 3 days regarding your complaint or query. If an exchange is approved, you will receive an authorization number and we will arrange a reverse pickup. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 2–5 days, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Can I return a part of my order?
Yes, a return can be created if you have ordered multiple products. You can initiate a return/ replacement/ refund for any individual product. However, any product being returned needs to be returned with its original packaging, seals, labels and barcodes intact as well as any complimentary gift or product which came along with it.
How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
In case of a return/ replacement/ refund, we process the refund within 2 - 5 days from the date when the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 2 - 5 days from the date of us receiving the products back as well as receiving your bank details on e-mail. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Ayupure herbals coupons, which can be used by you for your future purchases.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible in the following cases:
(a) Cancellation of an order before being shipped; and
(b) Cases where:
Customer refused to collect the delivery;
Customer wasn’t available during the stipulated delivery attempts made by our logistics partner; andThe delivery address was wrong/ unreachable.
For scenario (b), we will process the refund after receipt of the product from our logistic provider.
All refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by you while placing the order. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit card to the credit/ debit card within 8-9 days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider and the refund will reflect in the next statement. Orders placed by net banking accounts will be credited back to the same bank account within 8-9 days days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider.

We keep our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. Any changes we make to this Policy in the future will be posted on this page. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
